LA CAM 2012-2013 EN LA UNIVERSIDAD COMPLUTENSE DE MADRID
PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT TO PROMOTE THE INTEGRATION AND TOLERANCE IN CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE CAM 2012-2013 IN THE COMPLUTENSE UNIVERSITY OF MADRID
La Universidad Complutense de Madrid y AIDESARROLLO (antiguamente ADEFIS) acuerdan un convenio educativo para el PROYECTO PARA FAVORECER LA INTEGRACIÓN Y TOLERANCIA EN NIÑOS Y JÓVENES, que se llevará por tercer curso consecutivo en 30 colegios e institutos de la Comunidad de Madrid.
The Complutense University of Madrid and AIDESARROLLO (formerly ADEFIS) agree on an educational agreement for the PROJECT TO FOSTER INTEGRATION AND TOLERANCE IN CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, which will be held for the third consecutive year in 30 colleges and institutes of the Community of Madrid.
Este proyecto tiene como objetivo facilitar la integración y el desarrollo de la tolerancia en niños y jóvenes en su contexto escolar, con el fin de mejorar la convivencia en el aula y prevenir desajustes psicosociales futuros, como son la xenofobia, desigualdad de género, absentismo, fracaso y abandono escolar, sirviendo de apoyo y en colaboración con el profesorado y educadores, mediante actividades y prácticas socioeducativas que generen un impacto positivo en la sociedad.
This project aims to facilitate the integration and development of tolerance in children and young people in their school context, in order to improve coexistence in the classroom and prevent future psychosocial imbalances, such as xenophobia, gender inequality, absenteeism, school failure and dropout, serving as support and in collaboration with teachers and educators, through socio-educational activities and practices that generate a positive impact on society.
AIDESARROLLO (antiguamente ADEFIS) contará con la participación del equipo de practicum dirigido por Dña. Mª José Díaz Aguado Jalón, Catedrática de Psicología de la Educación de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, en donde dirige la investigación y la docencia en la Unidad de Psicología Preventiva y en el Master “Programas de intervención psicológica en contextos educativos“.
AIDESARROLLO (formerly ADEFIS) will have the participation of the practicum team led by Ms. Mª José Díaz Aguado Jalón, Professor of Educational Psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid, where she directs research and teaching in the Unit of Preventive Psychology and in the Master "Programs of psychological intervention in educational contexts".
Esta catedrática, ha llevado a cabo una importantísima serie de investigaciones, iniciada en 1978, sobre cómo prevenir la violencia desde la educación, sobre derechos humanos y democracia, los problemas que conducen a la exclusión y al acoso en la interacción entre iguales y con el profesorado, la educación intercultural y el desarrollo de la tolerancia, el sexismo y la prevención de la violencia de género, el acoso entre iguales en la escuela y en el ocio y sobre la prevención desde la escuela y desde la familia.
This professor, has carried out a very important series of investigations, initiated in 1978, on how to prevent violence from education, on human rights and democracy, the problems that lead to exclusion and harassment in the interaction between equals and with the teachers, intercultural education and the development of tolerance, sexism and the prevention of gender violence, peer harassment at school and at leisure and on prevention from school and from the family.

El Premio Extraordinario por la Erradicación del Racismo y la Xenofobia, concedido en 1997, con motivo del Año Internacional contra el Racismo, por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales.
La designación para representar a España en la Comisión Europea de Expertos contra el Racismo y la Intolerancia del Consejo de Europa (1995-1996) y como asesora del Proyecto Educación para la Ciudadanía Democrática designada directamente por dicho Consejo (1999-2000).
El Premio a la Investigación en Psicología del Colegio de Psicólogos (2000).
El Premio por la lucha contra el racismo de la Asociación Presencia Gitana (2001).
La elección por el Instituto de la Mujer para dirigir desde la Presidencia Española de 2002 el Estudio sobre las medidas para la erradicación de la violencia de género en la Unión Europea.
La Mención de Honor recibida de S.M. la Reina al Programa “Prevenir en Madrid”, dentro de la Convocatoria de los Premios Reina Sofía de este año a la prevención de drogodependencias en contextos educativos.
La designación en 2005 por parte del Ministerio de Educación para dirigir el estudio sobre los indicadores de la calidad de la convivencia escolar para el Observatorio Estatal de la Convivencia.
El premio al mejor libro sobre educación del año 2006 concedido por Aula 2007 , patrocinado por el Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia de España, a María José Díaz-Aguado por: “Del acoso escolar a la cooperación en las aulas” de la Editorial Pearson Educación/Prentice Hall.

The designation to represent Spain in the European Commission of Experts against Racism and Intolerance of the Council of Europe (1995-1996) and as adviser of the Education for Democratic Citizenship Project appointed directly by the Council (1999-2000).
The Psychology Research Prize of the College of Psychologists (2000).
The Prize for the fight against racism of the Asociación Presencia Gitana (2001).
The election by the Women's Institute to direct from the Spanish Presidency of 2002 the Study on measures for the eradication of gender violence in the European Union.
