AIDEJoven has organized a Consortium for the Mobility of Vocational Training of Intermediate Degree of Internships in Companies
AIDEJoven ha recibido una subvención para la realización de un proyecto de consorcio dirigido a la Movilidad de Alumnos de Formación Profesional de Grado Medio, para la realización de prácticas multidisciplinarias centrada en empresas del ámbito social y de la salud con la colaboración de nuestro socio en Italia Polaris Formazione.
AIDEJoven has received a grant for the realization of a consortium project aimed at the mobility of students of vocational training of intermediate level, for the realization of multidisciplinary practices focused on companies in the social and health field with the collaboration of our partner in Italy Polaris Formazione.
20 estudiantes de los centros de formación: IES SALVADOR ALLENDE, CEFOIM Y IES LEONARDO DA VINCI durante 15 días han realizado sus prácticas en la Fundación Padre Alberto Mileno Onlus de Vasto (CH) que gestiona varias Residencias de la Tercera Edad ofreciendo también Servicios de Rehabilitación Neurológica, Ortopédica, Respiratoria, Psicofísica y Psiquiátrica, así como un Servicio de Atención Hospitalaria, Domiciliaria, Ambulatoria y Extramural.
20 students from the training centers: IES SALVADOR ALLENDE, CEFOIM and IES LEONARDO DA VINCI for 15 days have carried out their internships at the Fundación Onlus Padre Alberto Mileno Onlus de Vasto (CH), which manages several Residences for the Elderly offering also services Neurological, Orthopedic, Respiratory, Psychophysical and Psychiatric Rehabilitation, as well as a Hospitable, Domiciliary, Ambulatory and Extramural Care Service.
Los estudiantes gracias a esta movilidad han obtenido una mayor formación práctica en un entorno real, con el valor añadido de un aprendizaje intercultural y de lengua extranjera, también han aprendido de otras culturas organizacionales, contribuyendo así a la mejora de su desarrollo profesional y empleabilidad futura.
The students, thanks to this mobility, have obtained a greater practical training in a real environment, with the added value of an intercultural and foreign language learning, they have also learned from other organizational cultures, thus contributing to the improvement of their professional development and future employability .
